1. Introduction

Welcome to Roofuf. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age in Qatar or using the website under a guardian.

3. Products

Roofuf offers:

  • Customized children’s stories
  • Electronics
  • Incense burners
  • iTunes gift cards
  • Gifts and other products

4. Customized Children’s Books

4.1 Consent

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They are the parent/legal guardian or authorized to use the child’s images.
  • They consent to AI processing of images to create the personalized storybook.
  • They understand AI-generated images may not match the child 100%.
  • No PDF preview is provided before printing.

4.2 AI Usage

  • AI is used to generate illustrations.
  • Images may be processed by third-party providers outside Qatar.
  • Children’s images are not used for general AI training without consent.

4.3 Customer Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all submitted data.
  • The customer guarantees legal rights to use the images.
  • We may reject orders without valid authorization.

4.4 Privacy

  • Images are used only for order fulfillment.
  • Not sold or shared with third parties.
  • Not used for marketing without separate consent.
  • Deleted within 30 days after completion (unless legally required).

4.5 Limitations

  • No cancellation after production starts.
  • Non-refundable due to AI variations or expectations.
  • AI/printing variations are not defects.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in QAR. We accept Apple Pay, cards, and Cash on Delivery. Prices may change anytime.

6. Order Acceptance

We may cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or operational reasons.

7. Processing Time

Customized products require 3 business days.

8. Shipping

We ship within Qatar and GCC countries. Delays may occur due to couriers or external factors.

9. Refunds

  • Customized items are non-refundable.
  • Other items may be refunded if defective.

10. iTunes Gift Cards

Non-refundable once purchased.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Roofuf.

13. Privacy

Data is used only for order fulfillment.

14. Governing Law

Laws of Qatar apply.
