Q1: “What are the shipping policy ?”

Q2: “What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?”
When you receive your order you have 5 days to file a complain if the product damaged or you received another product that you didn't order you can contact us at info@roofuf.com or whatsapp +966533289780 and we will ship to you the product or return the amount of money.
Q3: “Can I return the product if it didn't meet my expectation?”
You can return the product if its not meeting you expectation in five days when you receive it you have to contact us and we will send to you address to ship the product to it We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Q4: “Can I change or Cancel the order?”
Its always better to cancel your order before we ship or deliver it to you so will not pay for delivery or shipping cost. Otherwise if you received the product and want to cancel we will give your money back deducting shipping or delivery cost.
Q5: “What is the tracking number?”
After we ship your product we will send you a tracking number to track your shipment.
