Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item if the return is due to reasons other than a defect or error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued for non-defective items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Products purchased under promotional offers are not covered by our return policy.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new, separate order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
