1. Customized Products

• Customized items (such as children’s books) are non-refundable once production starts.
• Each item is made specifically for the customer.

2. Non-Customized Products

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is defective
• The wrong item was delivered

Conditions:

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• iTunes gift cards
• Digital products (if introduced in the future)
• Customized products

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.
• Early cancellations may be subject to administrative review.
