Terms & Conditions – Roofuf By using the Roofuf website or placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. All products, including customized children’s stories, electronics, mabkhara, and iTunes gift cards, are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance or specifications. Customized products are made based on the information and images provided by the customer, who confirms they are the legal guardian or have permission to use the child’s images. Production of customized items begins after order confirmation and usually takes around 3 business days, and no preview or PDF is provided before printing. We use artificial intelligence and third-party service providers to fulfill customized orders. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, and customized items are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or factors beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree that your data and images are used solely for order fulfillment and securely deleted after processing. Roofuf reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, misuse, or legal reasons.
